Included in the book is a look at PCCs on the Brighton - Newton - Watertown area during snow storms, Beacon Street, Reservoir Yard, the Highland Branch, the Arborway Sand Car, winter operations on Huntington Avenue and the Mattapan - Ashmont line, the Blue Line in Winter, the major snow storms in 1969, the transition to LRV in the 1970s, the Blizzard of 1978, the Fenway Floods in October of 1962 and the Neponset River flood in March of 1968. There are many photos, most in color.
