"Robert Yanosey 96 pages softcover
The "L&H" was a small (96-mile) single-track railroad located mostly in the northwest corner of New Jersey. Despite its size, the road was a key link between the LV, CNJ, PRR, and DL&W with the New Haven. This all-color book takes the reader from the steam age, through years of operation with nothing but Alcos, and on to its demise with the burning of the Poughkeepsie Bridge and Conrail.
