This show consists of vintage D&RGW lms transferred to video with historical signi cance. This is all from the 4th Division with trains from Alamosa to Durango. The rst segment is the 1940ﾒs footage of the ﾓSan Juanﾔ passenger train with rare historic footage shot by three different people. Two trips are onboad and one chasing. Then we see a variety of different excursions in the mid- 1950ﾒs up through 1966, which was the last year for Alamosa to Durango excursions before the line closed in 1968. We see good onboard coverage with many trips. Coverage is Alamosa to Durango via Chama, plus Durango to Silverton, and even one trip with 493 to Farmington in 1958. There is also chasing footage plus some regular service trains to Silverton. A nice variety of rare footage. All color from 1947 to 1966 with music and informative narration and titles.
